A ScriptHookVDotNet plugin runs in GTA V story mode and connects your session to your TikTok Live. There is no round and no objective — you free-roam Los Santos, and everything chat buys happens to the car you are already in, at whatever speed you are already doing.

The headline is the swap. A gift takes the car out from under you mid-corner and puts you in a different one, carrying your speed and heading straight across: a random pick, a supercar, a junker, a bike, a big rig, a bus, a tank, a helicopter, a plane, a boat on dry land, or one specific car the gifter chose from your list. One gift gives the old car back.

The next is taking it apart. Gifts blow the doors off, detach the wheels, burst every tyre, put the windows out, rip the bonnet and boot away, wreck the engine, set it on fire, cut the brakes, kill the ignition, lock you in, flip the car, or throw you straight through the windscreen.

Speed is its own group: an instant boost, sustained turbo, your power cut, all your grip taken away, the handbrake yanked at 200 km/h, the car launched skyward, moon gravity, or the whole car turned invisible with you still steering it.

Then the sky opens up. Airstrike gifts drop a bombing run on wherever you are, a carpet-bomb line, mortar rain that follows you, a missile that locks on and hunts you, an attack helicopter, a jet strafing run, or a single orbital strike.

NPCs come along too — armed peds on foot, a carload of shooters chasing you, a biker gang, police on your tail, or bodyguards riding with you. Follows, likes, shares, joins and chat commands can each be mapped to an action, and a spin-the-wheel gift rolls one of a list you set.
