World Leader Brawl on TikTok LIVE: gift ideas and what viewers can trigger

In World Leader Brawl, every gift your viewers send hits one of two leaders, and the size of the gift decides whether it is a light hit, a gadget or an ultimate. The best setup puts cheap gifts on light hits, mid gifts on gadgets, and saves one big gift per side for the ultimate.

How gifts work in World Leader Brawl

World Leader Brawl is an OBS overlay where two satirical magazine-cover leaders fight, and health bars are approval ratings. You pick one matchup on your dashboard: Donald Trump vs Benjamin Netanyahu, or Vladimir Putin vs Volodymyr Zelensky. Each round is a term.

The key idea is that chat picks a side with what it sends. Gifts mapped to the left leader hurt the right one and show off the left leader's moves, and gifts mapped to the right leader do the opposite. A viewer is not just sending a rose, they are voting for who wins.

Each side has three gift tiers: a light hit, a gadget and an ultimate. Each side also has a trash talk slot that is worth no approval at all, which matters for how you use it, as covered below.

The three tiers and what they do

The default values tell you how the game expects you to pace things. A light hit is worth 20 approval, a gadget is worth 60, and an ultimate is worth 180. That is a clean 1 to 3 to 9 ratio, so one ultimate equals three gadgets or nine light hits.

The moves are different for each leader. Trump has a tariff cannon and a golden toilet dropped from orbit. Netanyahu pops a champagne cork and draws the Red Line. Putin judo-flips, slides his six-metre table and arrives shirtless on a bear. Zelensky dance-kicks, drops a grand piano and sends a farm tractor to tow Putin off stage.

When someone lands the knockout, the loser goes flying and an EXTRA! front page reports the result and credits the viewer who paid for it. That credit line is the real reward for a big gifter, so mention it on stream.

Mapping gifts to the left and right leader

Start with the same gift ladder on both sides, then change one thing at a time. If you are not sure where to begin, keep the default split. The split carries over when you switch matchups, so you only build it once.

A simple pattern works well. Put your cheapest, most common gifts on the light hits, a mid-priced gift on each gadget, and your most expensive gift you are comfortable asking for on each ultimate. Using different gifts for each side is important, because viewers need to see at a glance which gift backs which leader.

If your audience leans one way, you can lean the mapping the other way. Giving the underdog's side the gift that chat already sends most often keeps both bars moving. A fight that is one-sided from the first minute loses viewers fast.

Pacing cheap gifts against big ones

The danger with a tiered fight is that the first ultimate ends everything. Since an ultimate is worth 180 approval and a light hit is worth 20, a single big gift can flatten a round that cheap gifts spent minutes building.

Two habits help. First, announce when you are going for a term-ender, so smaller gifters feel their light hits are building toward something. Second, keep your ultimate gift noticeably rarer than the others, so it feels like an event and not a routine.

Watch the approval bars through the first few rounds. If rounds end in under a minute, move your big gift out of the ultimate slot or swap it with a gadget gift. If rounds drag, bring one mid gift up a tier.

Helpful versus harmful effects

Every gift in this game is a hit on one leader and a boost for the other, so the helpful versus harmful question is really about which side a viewer wants to see win. Make that choice obvious by matching the gift to the leader in a way viewers already understand, such as a country gift for one side and a different one for the other.

The trash talk slots are the exception. They are worth 0 approval, so they change the show without changing the score. The leaders speak real sound bites from official recordings, marked REAL QUOTE, and AI sound-alike trash talk, marked AI VOICE, PARODY. They only say the game's own scripted lines, never viewer messages or names.

That makes trash talk the ideal slot for a cheap, fun gift. A viewer can make a leader mouth off without tipping the fight, which is a good outlet for people who want to be heard but not to decide the winner.

Free triggers: follows, shares, likes and joins

Not everything needs a gift. Follows are worth 15 approval and shares are worth 10. Follows and shares also throw tomatoes at whoever is winning, so the fight stays close and a leader cannot run away with it.

Likes are worth 5 approval per 200 likes and joining the stream is worth 3 approval, but both are off by default. Turn likes on if your chat taps constantly and you want that energy to count. Leave joins off if you get lots of drive-by viewers, since they could shift the bars without anyone choosing a side.

This is also the cheapest way to get a new audience involved. A viewer with no coins can still follow, and the tomatoes show up on screen.

Combos that make good moments

Build the stream around small stories. A good one is the comeback: when one leader is losing badly, call for a share wave and let the tomatoes even it out, then follow with gadgets from the trailing side.

Another is the gift duel. Split chat into two camps, tell each camp which gift is theirs, and run a timed term. Whoever sends more in that window wins the EXTRA! front page, and the top gifter gets named on it.

A third is the trash talk chain: have a few viewers send the cheap trash talk gifts back to back so both leaders trade lines before a real hit lands. It costs little and fills the quiet seconds between big moments.

Frequently asked questions

What can viewers trigger in World Leader Brawl?
Gifts you map can trigger a light hit, a gadget or an ultimate on either the left or right leader, plus a trash talk line for each leader. Follows, shares, likes and joining the stream can also add approval, with likes and joins off by default.
Which gifts should I map to the ultimate?
Use the biggest gift you are comfortable asking for, and keep it rarer than your other gifts. An ultimate is worth 180 approval by default, nine times a light hit, so it can end a round quickly. Check your own gift prices in TikTok before you decide.
Do the leaders say whatever viewers type?
No. The leaders only say the game's own scripted lines, never viewer messages or names. Real sound bites are marked REAL QUOTE and AI sound-alike trash talk is marked AI VOICE, PARODY.
Can viewers help without sending a gift?
Yes. A follow is worth 15 approval and a share is worth 10, and both throw tomatoes at whoever is winning to keep the fight close. Likes and joins can also count if you switch them on.
Do I need to install anything to run it?
No. World Leader Brawl is an OBS overlay. You add the overlay link from your dashboard as a browser source and tick Control audio via OBS so you hear it.
