What you need before you start
The setup is short, but check these first so you do not stall halfway through.
- A PC copy of Black Ops 1 that you can run through the Plutonium T5 client.
- A TikTok account that can go LIVE. Requirements such as follower minimums vary by region and account, so check the LIVE settings inside TikTok itself.
- TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS to actually broadcast your game capture.

Step 1: Install the mod and bridge
BO1 Zombies on TikPlays runs on Plutonium's T5 client. A bridge installs the mod for you, so there is no manual file copying into game folders. That is the part that usually kills DIY attempts, and here it is one click.
- Install the Plutonium T5 client if you do not already have it.
- Open the TikPlays dashboard and find BO1 Zombies.
- Run the one-click bridge from the dashboard and leave it running while you play.

Step 2: Connect your TikTok username
Enter your TikTok username on the dashboard exactly as it appears on your profile, without the at sign. TikPlays reads your LIVE from there, so it only starts seeing gifts once you are actually live.

Step 3: Map gifts to actions
This is where the stream gets its personality. On the dashboard you assign each TikTok gift to an action. The BO1 action list has 36 actions, tuned to what T5 can actually do, so nothing on it is a dud.
A workable starting rule: put cheap gifts on small, fun effects, mid gifts on big swings, and your most expensive gifts on the truly ruinous or spectacular ones. Keep the helpful and harmful gifts balanced so chat feels both generous and dangerous.
- Cheap gifts: Max Ammo, Carpenter, Speed Boost, Earthquake.
- Mid gifts: Random Perk, Ray Gun, Double Points, Slow Zombies, Drunk Mode.
- Big gifts: Nuke, Take All Perks, Hellhounds, Skip Rounds, One HP.
- A wheel gift: Spin the Wheel, which lands on a random action and is great for gambling energy.
These groupings are just a suggestion. You pick which gift does what, and you can change the mapping between matches once you see what your chat responds to.
What viewers can trigger
Here is the full set of BO1 actions, grouped by type. Powerups such as Nuke, Insta-Kill and Fire Sale help you. Debuffs such as Blackout, Freeze and One HP hurt you. Zombie actions change the horde itself.
Two notes from how the game works. Hellhounds only appear where the map has dogs, so save that gift for maps that support it. And timed effects like Godmode (15 seconds) or Insta-Kill (30 seconds) wear off on their own, so stacking them is part of the fun.
Step 4: Start a match and test before you go live
Launch a Zombies match and trigger a few actions yourself from the dashboard, if you can, before you announce anything. Check that a powerup drops, that Remove Perk takes exactly one perk, and that the timed effects end when they should.
Then go LIVE with your usual capture in TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS. TikPlays works alongside both, and overlays are just links you paste in as a browser source, so your existing scene does not need rebuilding.

Making it work for the audience
Tell viewers what each gift does. Put a short list on screen using an overlay, or say it out loud every few minutes, because new people join constantly and nobody knows your mapping. An unexplained interactive stream just looks like a broken game.
Pace yourself too. If your top gift is a Nuke and it fires every 30 seconds, it stops being special. Keep the most powerful effects tied to gifts that are hard to send often, and let the small ones carry the constant activity.
